Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1777355 2009-03-10 No Violations Noted Well staked, site not constructed at the time of the inspection. E&S plan is to be revised by the operator to show rock spreaders on either side of the well pad to direct any runoff away from the well pad. The entire access road is to be rocked out to the Township road. The E&S plan as compiled should effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation, provided the E&S plan is implenented and mainted properly.
1890325 2010-06-08 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 06/23/09. Well appeared to b e equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. Noted that the minor erosion was occurring along the left side of the access road. Runoff flow is traveling beside the road and is cutting an erosion ditch to the left of the well apparatus and taking sediment from the access road and depositing it in the vegetated & reclaimed well pad area. The runoff flow is towards the North Branch of Cherry Run. The Department recommends that the operator implement an additional erosion control measure to address this runoff flow. Documentation should be forwarded to the Department no later than 06/30/10 stating how this issue has been/will be addressed.
