Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2709475 Primary Facility 2018-03-16 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was abandoned. There was a pump jack hooked on to the well, but nothing else was hooked up. Well integrity seemed to be in good condition with no signs of any leaks or spills at the well. Corrosion was moderate. Appeared well had been abandoned several years prior. Upon further investigation, operator passed away on May 14, 2012. Well not claimed by anyone and did not find that the well was left to anyone. Will put on DEP plugging fund list.
