Well head consisted of 8¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ reducer to 2¿ production line with multiple shut off valves. Wellhead was moderate corroded. Production equipment consisted of data logger (10/0 psi), separator and 100 bbl brine tank (< 10 bbl fluid). Outside of brine tank heavily stained from former overspills. No signs of leakage of gas around wellhead. At the time of inspection, no E&S issues and no IW issues. Well tag shows 021-20089. Based on DEP records, well tag should be 021-20090.
