Access road was in the process of completion. Site design showed series of drainage culverts along access road. Spud meeting schedule for the week of 9/13/10. PNG supplied DEP with a drilling plan for the proposed storage well.


1912793 2010-09-14 No Violations Noted A pre drilling meeting was held at the Rager Mtn Storage field office. DEP representative, Paul Wyrwas, Rick Hoover, and Ed Renwick along with PNG representatives (Paul Sekinger, Nicholas Barone and others), Union Drilling and remaining subcontractors were present. Review of the Drilling procedure along with the future plans of the site. At the time of inspection, no E&S and IW issues. Site pad was in the process of completion. Filter fence was installed along with wooden barrier. DEP requested that an additional filter fencing or sock absorbent should be installed on the down gradient side of wooden barrier due high quality stream area and steepness of grade. Area of disturbance is 3 acres. PPC plan is also present at the site. DEP requested type of liner to be used at the site and request for a bond log of cement upon completion of cementing. It appears that the well is >1000 ft from any potable wells.
