Spud called on 4/4/11. Called Steve Phillips to log spud into the DEP on-line system. No water encountered. Based on site conditions, first stringer set at (13 3/8¿) pipe at 160 feet. Current depth was at 135 feet. Log encountered ss, shale and coal seams. Second Stringer (9 5/8¿) pipe going to be set at 300 ft. Potential of two mines shafts within the first 300 ft.
1965610 2011-04-07 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, site id sign and ES plan present. Well spud called for 4/4/11. Well actively being drilled. Minor ES concerns (mud, due to recent heavy rains) with access road, operator should continue to monitor entrance to well site and clean up any mud on township roadway as necessary. Bases on plans, operator has plans to discharge top hole water per regulation as well as encapsulate drill pit onsite. One below grade pit located onsite surrounding by orange security fence. Pit adequately lined and sustained required freeboard. Bmp¿s installed/functioning as noted in plan, brush/grub line along with hay reinforced filter fence down gradient of well site. Due to recent heavy rains, and those being predicted operator should continue to closely monitor all temporary bmp¿s until final permanent restoration has been achieved.

First stringer set at (9 5/8¿¿) pipe at 337 feet with 300 sks Class A with 17 bbl return. Second stringer (7¿) set at 1014 feet with 185 sks with 9 bbl return. Current depth was at 3399 feet. Log encountered ss, shale and coal seams. Wire line was completed and PC was setting the production line. Due to heavy rains, access road requires some additional maintenance. No sediment was noted leaving the access road.
