The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. There is a digital chart recorder onsite but it was not in operation during the time of my inspection. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. No combustible gases or methane were detected.

No violations noted.
