-Met with Mr. Dan Lindsey, EOG Consultant. -Drilling contractor, Coda Rathole drilling conductor hole. -Site sign and E & S plan were on site. -E&S BMPs were in place and working adequately. Site was muddy, but flat & contained. -Reserve pit met regulatory standards, 20 mil liner w/ padding.

1822523 2009-08-13 No Violations Noted The following items were noted during the inspection:

-Drilling contractor, Dalls Morris Rig #8 drilled to 6,225¿. Breaking down rig and moving off location. -Site sign and E & S plan were on site. -E&S BMPs were in place and working adequately. -Reserve pits met regulatory standards.

1822599 2009-08-13 No Violations Noted Site inspected with OGI Bruce Jankura. Well pad also contains well #5H, which currently does not have any activity associated with it. Well was spud for setting conductor pipe on July 20, 2009 and drilling of top hole that began on August 5, 2009 was completed by this inspection. Top hole drilling rig was in the final stages of being moved to well #4H. One tank containing approximately 34bbls of fresh water was being discharged in an appropriate manner on site. This discharge was not creating any erosional issues nor was it leaving the site. There were also two tanks of brine, amount unknown, on-site. They were being prepared to be hauled to off-site disposal. Pit was constructed with sound liner and more than 2ft of freeboard was being maintained. E&S controls were installed properly and being maintained. Exposed areas were seeded and mulched. About 50% vegetation has regrown in these areas. There are no E&S issues at this time
1833467 2009-09-30 No Violations Noted Site inspected with OGI Supervisor, Bruce Jankura. Met Pete Comeau, Drilling Consultant, on site. Drilling and casing is complete for PHC #5H and rig is setting idle until drilling begins on PHC #26H.

-pit has been backfilled and all earth disturbance that occurred during the backfilling was being limed, seeded and mulched at time of inspection -Rig scheduled to move onto 26H Thursday, October 1, 2009 and pitless drilling will be used -all E&S controls remain in place and working adequately -There are no issues on site at this time

-Drilling contractor, Precision #823, moving in and rigging up to drill.. -Old drill pits reclaimed and seeding in process. -met w/ Pete Comeau , Drilling Consultant, reviewed pitless drilling plan for site. -Site sign and E & S plan were on site. -E&S BMPs were in place and working adequately.
