This well is active and producing. Annular vent (8-5/8" x 5-1/2") is closed and not vented, plumed to the tank. Production tubing pressure is 1200 PSI, casing pressure is 1261 PSI. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus or in the area immediately surrounding the well. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. Wellsite looks neat and well organized. Seneca Resources Corp. Representative Stephen Gus Simpson, Roustabout Foreman. DEP Representative - Ulyana Trynovich, Oil and Gas Inspector.

2811515 Primary Facility 2018-12-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Seneca Resources D17-COP-N on December 4, 2018. There are 4 producing Marcellus wells located on this well pad. Each well cellar is filled in with gravel.
