| 2092523 | 2012-08-16 | No Violations Noted | On 8/16/2012, I inspected Chevron Appalachia LLC’s, Hall Unit 1H , 2H, and 3H gas wells in Henry Clay Twp., Fayette County.
A Site ID sign was in place which contained the operator’s emergency contact numbers and site location. An E&S plan and PPC plan were located in the mailbox. The entire site was fenced off and had an entrance gate that was locked. The site contained 3 well heads which were all labeled. The site had one roll off dumpster and one small brine tank. No other equipment was at the site. The perimeter of the site had very good vegetative growth on it. A sed trap and soil stockpile was still in place but no pits. Site ID sign in place with E&S and PPC plan, area fenced off and gated, 3 well heads in, sed trap and soil stockpile still in place, good vegetative growth, no other activity. |
