2656782 Primary Facility 2017-10-20 Site Restoration No Violations Noted A site restoration inspection was conducted in response to an NOT submittal by Chevron. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site was well vegetated and meets and exceeds uniform 70% vegetative cover. There were no signs of erosion observed at the time of inspection. The production equipment appeared to be in good condition. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection. The site meets the requirements for permit termination. The NOT is approved.
