BRONCO 37 COMPLETED ALL WELLS ON THIS PAD. THEY ARE CURRENTLY CLEANING OUT MUD TANKS INTO THE PIT BUT ARE ALMOST OUT OF FREEBOARD. I'VE ADVISED ANDREW THAT HE NEEDS TO HAUL OUT WATER IMMEDIATLY TO AVOID A FREEBOARD VIOLATION. BACKYARD HAS BEEN CLEANED UP, EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD. THEY ARE STILL MONITORING AMD SEEP.

1896937 2010-06-08 No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a routine inspection. The Department was following-up on the process of the fresh water impoundment and the iron seep on the drill site. Orange acid/iron contaminated water continues to seep out of the fill side of the site. It appears that 3 water supplies have been impacted down gradient. Water samples were taken at these locations and the Department will discuss options with the Operator to resolve the impacts if necessary.
