1917683 2010-08-24 No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a complaint inspection. The Operator is currently drilling multiple Marcellus Wells on this pad. The Department received a complaint in regards to the well site causing accelerated erosion on the down gradient property. The Department did observe E/S concerns at the site. The E/S controls need to be addressed. The water coming off the site has caused the valley to erode at a fast rate. The Department recommends installing a sediment trap and also turn-out ditches to slow down the water as a pollution prevention measure. The Department has spoke with the Operator and the land owner about the issues at the site.

1961145 2011-03-23 No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a CEI Inspection in regards to the 12/9/10 pit leak and NOV that was issued. The 3 Marcellus Wells at this site have been drilled and fracked and appear to be in production or will soon be in production. The drill pit that leaked has been restored. All contents from the drill pit have been taken to an off-site disposal facility. The area where the drill pit was located has been re-graded and seeded and mulched. The impacted area appears to be remediated and in compliance. The site is in over-all good condition.
