| The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection.  The Operator is currently drilling the last of the 9 Wells on this pad.  The operator is currently fracking the Walker B Wells down the road and plans to move the fracking crew on this pad after all the Wells have been completed.  The site is in over-all good condition.  The drill pit appears to have 5 feet of freeboard and does contain drill cuttings and contaminated flow-back/drilling water.  The site has obtained temp. stabilization.  The E/S controls/BMP's appear to be in good condition.  The Department was concerned about the dust on the township roads and the access road.  The Department recommends utilizing dust control practices and water the roads to suppress the dust.  The water trucks was stirring up a lot of dust.  The township road was being watered during this inspection.
