A gas well was spudded on site before this inspection. This is a written warning that inspections must be conducted at all non-conventional well sites before being gas wells are spudded. The inspection results will be no violations with the pollution prevention noted as compliance assistance. The site is less than 5 acres and an ESCGP-1 was not obtained. An E/S plan was developed and the Operator is in the process of getting an ESCGP-1 because the gathering line and the well pad will be over 5 acres combined. The site is temporarily stabilized but the E/S Controls were removed. These controls have to be in place in accordance with the E/S Plan. If the land owner is farming the field, the E/S controls maybe temporarily removed; but will need replaced before the well site is restored. | |
