| On 12/08/16 at approximately 0930 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the Miller Unit. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The pad was fenced and gated. The site was well vegetated and it appeared Chevron had recently seeded and mulched a small area to the north of the access road. There was no erosion observed at the time of inspection. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
