| 2205994 | 2013-09-17 | No Violations Noted | On 9/17/2013, I performed an inspection of Chevron Citro well pad site. The site is located in Center Twp., Greene County. The inspection was performed due to a pre-operation request by the operator.
The new Act 9 Site ID sign was in place and legible. The well pad, access road and all E&S controls were completed. A small section of silt sock on the downgradient side of the access road had been damaged. I spoke to the operator about having the silt sock replaced. I also discussed getting all disturbed areas seeded and mulched. The operator stated that all areas would be seeded and mulched tomorrow and the repairs to the silt sock would be made immediately. Two diversion channels downgradient from the well pad had been eroded and erosion channels approx. 8" deep had developed in the bottom of the diversion channels. I spoke to the operator about re-enforcing and reseeding the diversion channels. |
