2231912 Primary Facility 12/24/2013 Administrative/File Review In Compliance with Policy Spill. B.A Lambie of Chevron called to report a spill that occurred on 12/23/13 at 8:50 a.m. He reported that approximately 10 barrels of oil-based mud and water was released on to site.containment and was currently being vacuumed up. The spill material did not reach soil and stayed on the containment.
2234055 Primary Facility 01/07/2014 Incident- Response to Accident or Event In Compliance with Policy The operator reported a leak during drilling operations at a flow line causing a 10 barrell spill of water based drilling mud onto secondary containment. Drilling operations were shutdown and the released material was vacummed up using the onsite vacuum unit. Materials recovered were returned to onsite tanks to be reused in the drilling operations.
