Permit number permanently affixed to erected monument. Site vegetated and appears to have reached >70% uniform growth. Temporary BMP's still on site. Department contacted Operator Rep Sandy Adamo by phone to recommend Operator remove temporary BMP's since permanent stabilization has been achieved. Department also recommends Operator seed and mulch any areas disturbed during the removal of the silt fence. Mr. Adamo stated he would follow Departments recommendations. Department is approving the restoration report for this well site. |
