Pumped 20 bbl of cement.

Ron Rupert from Phillips is supervisor for site activity. Run Titan ran Wire line. Raised tubing to 2000 ft. Pump 225 sks through tubing. Circulated cement. Run hole with 2.4¿ to 1056ft. Plug solid cement from 1056 ft. Topped hole with cement. Installed monument with marker.
2013567 2011-10-13 No Violations Noted well plugged with monument and permit id affixed. Restored.
