Department observed a small area near bottom of brine tank where a hole appears to be developing. It appears the area was previously patched. No active leak or evidence of past release observed. No dead, dying vegetation observed. Department contacted Operator Rep Sandy Adamo by phone from site and recommends Operator continue to maintain brine tank to ensure structural integrity is not compromised. Mr. Adamo stated he would send a well tender out to site immediately. |
