Site is stabilized with adequate vegetation and shows no signs of accelerated erosion.

  • A few of the mine belt diversions/waterbars that were installed on the access road have been torn out by plow trucks over the winter, and
are no longer functional. These need to be reinstalled and adequately maintained. There is also a large amount of disturbed
and unstabilized soil along the access road caused by plowing that needs to be regraded into the road and stabilized with seed, rock or
   other stabilizing material.

Spoke with operator representative Casey Eckman who indicated that these repairs would be made the week of 4/12/10 weather permitting. Please contact this office upon completion of the above.

Well tag in place. Well is equipped for production. Tank sound. Site is stabilized with adequate vegetation and shows no signs of accelerated erosion. Due to the steep slopes of the access road, and the requirement for additional BMP's to ensure the road remains stable, operator has agreed to install additional mine belt diversions/waterbars with riprap outfalls, as well as to add riprap to the outfalls of the existing waterbars. Please contact this office upon completion of the above.
