1823416 2009-08-19 No Violations Noted Well drilled on 11/14/97 to depth of 1,302 ft. Well Record Report submitted to the DEP on 1/30/98. Well designed for Coal Bed Methane collection. Well head consisted of 4 ¿pipe reduced to 2¿ production. Dual data logger showed 15 psi/ 10 psi readings. Pump jack located at the well and was not running during the inspection. At the time of the inspection, no water discharged from top of pump jack well rod. Slight vegetation growth stress located hydraulically down gradient of the well head. No E&S issues at the site.
