Well completed with 8﾿ pipe reduced to 4 ﾿pipe reduced to 2﾿ production pipe and multiple shut off valves. Production equipment consists of heater, separator (180 psi), 50 bbl (20 bbl) and dual phase data logger (165 psi/0 psi). At the time of inspection, no IW or E&S issues at the site. No signs of fluid or gas leakage around well head. Well tag was present.
1891310 2010-06-08 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection well was drilled, in production, and properly tagged. Site was uniformly and adequately restored with sufficient vegetative cover. Access road was stable. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to access road or site. Noted, well pad and access road were significantly rocked. Brine tank appeared sound.
