---|---|---|---|---|---|
1893498 | Primary Facility | 2010-06-08 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection well was drilled, tagged, and in production. Brine tank appeared sound. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site. Site was properly restored with 70% uniform vegetative cover. Operator should continue to closely monitor access road due to its steep nature. Detected a faint gas odor near well. Observed dead vegetation behind brine tank, which could be indicative of prior brine release (recommend operator examine brine tank integrity). Please note, that dept could not locate official Well Record of Completion; it is recommended that the operator resubmit document to the regional office. |
