Brine tank appears sound, but noted areas of possible corrosion near top of tank (*See attached). Second valve on back of tank in relation to wellhead also noted to be rusty. Department recommends Operator ensure structural integrity of tank is not compromised in order to prevent any possible releases from occurring.

Culvert at access road entrance in need of maintenance. Department recommends Operator maintain culvert to ensure its functioning does not become compromised in order to prevent any possible pollution events from occurring.
