Site and disturbed areas along access road have been seeded/mulched. No additional sediment observed flowing into the pond, but pond is still extremely dirty and sediment could be seen in the pond. Operator should contact owner to discuss this. Compliance inspection to be done after suitable veg begins to ensure that final stabilzation is adequate to prevent further pollution of sediment. Temp controls in place. Operator should closely monitor site to ensure temp controls and restoration is ok.
