Site and access road snow covered at time of inspection, although no obvious signs of accelerated erosion were found leaving access road or well site.  Appeared as though all BMP's were in place in accordance with E&S plan, and were properly maintained.  Minor E&S issue discussed with operator representative Matt Barch, and addressed through compliance assistance in technical inspection of ESCGP-1 plan.  No drill pit constructed on site (closed loop system to be utilized).  No frac pit constructed yet.  No violations found.
