Well (9H) proposed and not yet drilled [2H, 3H, 4H & 8H drilled and equipped) , no activity onsite during inspection. Access road stable. Pad adequately rocked an maintained. No accelerated erosion or sedimeantion issues noted. Previously repaired slope failure has been permaently stabilized and revegetatived--compost sock(s) installed down gradient in order to perevent a possible pollution event if slide would reoccur- no ES concerns exist at time of this inspection. Site has been temporarily stabilized, operator has intention of drilling several more wells on property, to date permits have been obtained for 7H and 9H. Four MEI boxes located onsite, along with two roll off boxes. All appear sound. Four brine tanks and prodcuiton equipment located onsite within lined metal containment. No IW leaks or discharges noted. No violations.
