1802940 2009-06-04 No Violations Noted Based on file records, well was completed on 10/7/79 to a depth of 9,125 ft. from grade and maintains an active permit status. During inspection, the proper well tag was present. The well was completed with 13", 7" flange well assembly retrofitted with 3 gate valves and reduced to 2 inch production lines. Line pressure reading at 275 psi. Pressure readings on the dual pen data logger showing 250 psi/50 psi. Site also contained brine release float, seperator, heating unit and 100 bbl brine tank on concrete pad. The status of the valves were located in the on position. No signs of gas leakage occuring around the well. At the time of the inspection, no IW discharge or E&S issues. Well head and compressior unit which was injecting a surfacant into the well head located under a car port canvas.
