The two brine tanks have orange staining down the side and around the base, indicating a possible brine leak. The brine tanks should be monitored and emptied as necessary to maintain 2 feet of freeboard. Access road has erosion issues. The access road should be regraded and stabilized to prevent erosion and sedimentation. Emergency vehicles need to be able to access this site due to the hazardous gas that is present (H2S). Operator should continue to monitor the well site and access road for erosion and sedimentation.
1808452 Primary Facility 2009-06-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted As on records, well was completed on 3/5/81 to a depth of 8,335 ft from grade. Well tag present. Site is a hydrogen sulfide gas well. Signs depicting Hazardous site located at entrance of well site. Emergency shut off located surrounding the site. Low corrosion on well head assembly consisting of 36¿, 13¿, 4¿ flange to 2¿ production line with 4 gate valves. Production equipment presents two 100 bbl brine tank, separator, de-tower and heater. 20 bbl brine present in each tank. Data logger showed 300 psi/ 0 psi. 8 drums labeled with Hazmat signs of Ethylene glycol. 3 barrels of 84-11 (hydrogen sulfide removal agent). No E&S or IW issues at the site. Access road heavily eroded.

Gas well was plugged by Forbes Drilling. Bridge plug set at 8004 ft. Ran a wireline. Removed production at 6910 ft. Set 68 sacks 50/50 Poz with 5 % salts 2 % gels above plug. Set 1735 sks of same cement to surface. Monument was set with API# and name.
