1808533 2009-06-22 No Violations Noted Based on file records, well was completed on 10/15/88 and maintains an active permit status. During inspection, well tag was present on the above ground well casing. The well was completed with 36", 24" 4" flange with 3 gate valves and reduced to 2 inch production lines. Pressure gauge located on 2 inch line read 40 psi. Site also contained seperator, heating unit and brine tank. The status of the valves were located in the on position. Dual pen data logging unit showed reading of 400 psi/ 0 psi. Brine tank was 1/2 filled. No signs of gas/fluid leakage occuring around the well. At the time of the inspection, no E&S issues. Well tag present.
