1856367 2010-01-13 No Violations Noted Based on file records, well was completed on 10/15/03 to a depth of 4,768 ft. from grade. During inspection, well tag was present on the above ground well casing. The well head showed 8" pipe reduced to 4" pipe to 2 inch production lines. Pressure gauge located on 2 inch line was 800 psi. Site also contained seperator, heating unit and brine tank (< 10 bbl). The status of the valves were located in the off position. According to PGEC, well head was repaired from a slight gas leak at the well head. At the time of inspection, no signs of gas leaking from well head or E&S issues and IW discharges surrounding the production equipment.
2005580 2011-09-22 No Violations Noted Based on file records, well was completed on 10/15/03 to a depth of 4,768 ft.. During the inspection, well tag was present at the well head. Pressure gauge located on well head was at 600 psi. Site also contained seperator, heating unit and brine tank (< 50 bbl fluid). Inactive status was granted by the DEP in January 2010. At the time of inspection, no signs of leakage from well head was recorded and well head showed low corrosion level. At the time of visit, no E&S issues and no Industrial discharges at the site.
