All previously disturbed areas have been stabilized with vegetation. Accompanied by WQS Marc Maestra during inspection.
Note: Upon our arrival, Mick Planinsek -Soild Waste Specialist for Bureau of Waste Management located on well pad discussing a complaint filed with DEP regarding a leaking Keystone Vac truck ﾿believed﾿ to have left this well site-unknown what truck was hauling. |

All BMPs appear to be in installed and maintained as outline in the plan. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the access road or well pad area. The Departments suggests the Operator maintain the perimeter control while restoring the site and inspect weekly and after significant precipitation event to ensure the continued stability of the site. The Department notes that the restoration plan calls for the restored cut and fill slopes of 3:1 and the dispersal of the top soil stock pile, however the approved plan does not call for the reduction in the size of the well pad. | |||
