Spoke to company representative Beth Smock on 2/8/13 who informed Department that a 20x20 stone pad muster point was constructed alongside access road directly before well pad entrance. At time of inspection, Department noted that muster point did not go outside LOD and observed no potential E&S issues from its construction. Dept representative Samantha Foulk field-approved this change to the E&S plan. (Refer to ESCGP-1 admin inspection ID 2150218). |
