Bmp's are installed and appear to be functioning, although operator should continue to monitor and maintain all bmp's until final permanent restoration is complete. There appears to be two wells drilled on this pad at this time. TDs are not known. No activity was taking place during inspection. Pad was vacant. Well(s) are not in production. Impoundment is built lined and fenced. Slopes of both the pad and the impoundment are well vegetated and stable. Access road is rocked and stable. BMPs are installed and appear to be working properly. No violations noted at this time.

(24ï¾’ï¾’pipe) and was grouted in place. 11 3/4ï¾” pipe set at 759ï¾’ and used 514 sks of Type I with 14 bbl return. Drilling deviation was less than 1 %. DEP personnel performed a site walk and did not find any issues. Sedimentary zone at 707 feet was damp.

At time of inspection, 2H drilled, but not yet equipped for production. 1H, 3H also drilled, not yet equipped for production. Access road in good condition, adequately rocked. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues observed in relation to well pad or access road. Department recommends Operator remove debris from rock-lined ditches. Spoke to company representative Beth Smock on 2/8/13 who informed Department that a 20x20 stone pad muster point was constructed alongside access road directly before well pad entrance. At time of inspection, Department noted that muster point did not go outside LOD and observed no potential E&S issues from its construction. Dept representative Samantha Foulk field-approved this change to the E&S plan. (Refer to ESCGP-1 admin inspection ID 2150218).
