1943252 2011-01-06 No Violations Noted On January 6th, 2011 I conducted an inspection of the above site. A seam of coal had been encountered during construction of the pad and drilling pit. I met with Atlas representatives Gary Bowlen, Chad Eisenman, and Nick Staffieri on site. Approximately 300 tons of coal was encountered. Laboratory analysis showed a BTU value of 7,141 and a sulfur content of 0.60%. The coal was stock piled on site on a base of crushed limestone and surrounded by an earthen berm. A coal handling report was provided (attached). The coal will be mixed with 18 tons of limestone when replaced and encapsulated. I instructed the operator to cover the coal stock pile to avoid contact with precipitation and prevent any acidic runoff.
1953099 2011-01-25 No Violations Noted On January 25th, 2011 I conducted a follow up inspection of the above site in response to the coal encounter and inspection on January 6th, 2011. The stock pile is now covered with soil to prevent contact with precipitation. no runoff was observed from the stock pile. The rig was moving on site. Crews were laying out containment plastic under the rig and associated equipment. Drilling has not yet started. The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S Plan were posted. The pits apperaered to be in good condition. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were obseerved at the time of inspection.
1953668 2011-01-27 No Violations Noted Crown 8 - Rigged up , picking up directional tools to begin building curve, site and location good, pit good.
1953671 2011-01-31 No Violations Noted Crown 8 - TD@9131, 51/2 run and cemented back to surface, rigging down, site and location good, pit good.
1958462 2011-02-09 No Violations Noted On February 9th, 2011 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. No runoff was observed from the coal stock pile. The rig has moved off site. The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S Plan were posted. The pits apperaered to be in good condition. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection.
1958811 2011-02-23 No Violations Noted On February 23rd, 2011 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. No runoff was observed from the coal stock pile. The rig has moved off site. The access road was being repaired. A Site ID and E&S Plan were posted. The pits were being expanded by raising the berm. Drill cuttings were hauled offsite. Water trucks wee bringing water in to fill the pits. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection.
1972157 2011-04-13 No Violations Noted 4/12/11 ﾿ Called complainant and talked over situation. Made preliminary arrangements to visit week of April 18th.

4/13/11 ﾿ Mr. McDonald called and said that he had ﾿excessive﾿ pressure in his water. I was worried about possible methane in their well and changed my plans to make a quick inspection. I found no explosive gases from the kitchen sink or the outside well.

1972158 2011-04-19 No Violations Noted 4/19/11 ﾿ I sampled the McDonald﾿s well for total coliforms and inorganic compounds. I also took one of the McDonald﾿s cartridges, particulate filters for microscopic analysis. I also took photos of the well location.

The coliform test and the microscopic examination of the filter sediment indicate surface water infiltration into the well. The inorganic analysis showed nothing unusual.

5/5/11 ﾿ I stopped at the McDonalds and gave him a copy of the lab results. We discussed them briefly and I told him I suspected more of a surface water problem compounded by the recent heavy rains.

This complaint is closed May 11, 2011.

1984476 2011-05-27 No Violations Noted On May 27th, 2011 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. Drilling and frac were complete. Site restoration was underway. The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S Plan were posted. The pits were closed and filled. Drill cuttings were hauled offsite. Efforts were being made to stabilize the fill slope and handle several spring time seeps. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection.
1986459 2011-06-13 No Violations Noted On June 13th, 2011 I met with Chevron representative George Bozek on above site to discuss restoration efforts. Drilling and frac were complete. Site restoration was underway. The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S Plan were posted. The pits were closed and filled. Drill cuttings were hauled offsite. Efforts were being made to stabilize the fill slope and handle several spring time seeps. At this time water is being directed around the site. Final restoration plan to include additional riprap and filter sock to remain in place until permanent vegetation is established. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection.
2082333 2012-07-06 No Violations Noted On July 6, 2012, I stopped at Robinhill #9 to check the condensate control measures Chevron took. The wellï¾’s annulus was vented to a small tank and the pipes had matting underneath them. I found no problems.
2083647 2012-07-12 No Violations Noted On July 12, 2012, I stopped at Robinhill #9 with Brian Rankin & Jared Reichard of Chevron to check the restoration of Robinhill #9. This well site is currently shut down because of a small condensate release. Chevron made repairs and they were able to restrict the condensate release to the wellï¾’s cellar. Brian told me that they would be removing the rock in the cellar and talking it to a landfill.

The site appears to be in good shape and is well vegetated.
