The site has been recently regarded seeded and mulched however the site does not meet the restoration criteria of 70% uniform vegetative coverage.. In order to fulfill the plugging, bond release and site restoration requirements, the Departments suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site until the restoration criteria is met. At this time the Department recommends the bond not be released for this site.
