The Operator indicate that drill rid needed to be elevated due to the height of the well head. Two open top tanks and one enclosed frac tank located on site. Both open top tanks appeared to have the required 2 feet of freeboard. The Department observed two seeps adjacent to the well pad. The seeps appear to be at or near the elevation of the well pad. The material above the seeps appeared to the fill material the rig is placed on. Seep #1 and Seep #2 are identified in the attached photos.
