Well had been plugged with proper monument and marker. Pad had been regarded. However, it had not yet been mulched or seeded. Erosion issues were noted along fill slope of site. No sediment was leaving the site. The site needs to be addressed to avoid E&S or restoration violations in the future. It would be wise to make use of the current conducive growing weather to accomplish this. >70% vegetative cover will need to be achieved prior to bond being released.
