BMPs in place. Access road rocked and stable. No visible E&S issues. Pit contained fluids and cuttings. Pit lining had multiple tears. One larger tear comprimised freeboar. Fluid had appeared to be over cut in lining at one point. These tears have resulted in the freeboard and integrity of the liner to be in violation. PA DEP water quality specialist Rich Thomas was present during inspection. Randy Reimold responded that all pits that are currently installed are scheduled for removal asap (via email) The Brady 1-2H 37-129-28602 has an associated NOV for this incident. No further violations have been issued on this well. |
