All equipment was on individual containment.  Some areas where pipes laid on containmnet comprimised containment.  No grease or oil stained the pad.  Stands were being made to keep pipes from laying on walls of containment and causing them to collapse.
 
Pit and impoundment were sound.  No freeboard issues.
 
Slopes of pad were not vegetated but had been hydroseeded.  Other outlying areas of disturbed area had good vegetative cover.
