1751558377 2011-03-04 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today was with Jason, well tender for Double D. Well Service. He showed me 3 wells he had found in the Wayne National Forest (WNF) and was inquiring as to who might own there. I told him this well had no permit number and that Collins-MacGregor was producing newer wells on this same property. He could ask WNF if he could produce them but I believed that Collins-MacGregor would have first chance at claiming them. Coordinates were sent to Columbus and permit numbers later provided. Gas was leaking from the casing of this well. There was a central power unit nearby and I would estimate this well was 100 years old, based on the equipment on the well.
