Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1534173523 2018-08-08 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well with DOGRM inspector Steve Tompkins. We met with landowner Mr. Glen Kobernik regarding this well and domestic use. Mr. Kobernik stated that the well needed to be swabbed to remove fluid. The well consisted of a 4.5 inch casing which was reduced to a 2 inch line with a regulator. The 2 inch line was then reduced into a 1 inch line which was connected to the house. The valve on the casing was closed at the time of this inspection. No other equipment was associated with this well.
