Upon my inspection, I observed the following: A wellhead with plunger lift system. The flow-line valves were closed and the well was not in production. The associated tank battery was located adjacent. The battery was comprised of one 100-barrel steel production tank, one 50-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit. The production elements were in disrepair. The chart recorder was broken and lying on the ground. There was secondary containment which was dry and intact. I noted the following deficiencies: There was no identification at the well or battery. The owner must place signage at the battery that complies with OAC 1501-9:9-05(E)(1) by no later than 5/11/18 or be subject to additional enforcement. Contact Inspector Stephen Tompkins at 330-907-4647 with any questions regarding this notice.
