1733027861 2018-09-13 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found 3 well present and producing on the well pad. Annular pressure monitoring is in place and the wells are selling off the production tubing with no artificial lift system present. There is one gas processing unit present on location. The production fluid storage area is on the right front corner of the well pad and consists of 6 steel tanks capable of holding 400 barrels fluid volume each along with a single 50 barrel steel tank. All tanks are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area There is a third party mid stream operation take point on the left rear corner of the well pad. Signage and hazard warning labels are posted and emergency shut down devices are situated at all critical operation areas on the pad. The well pad surface and lease road is of stone construction and in good repair. There is a gate on the lease road.
1818118558 2018-05-30 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing that was open flowing with all valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the intermediate casing gauge read 1500 pounds per square inch, the surface casing gauge read 180 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Separator, Gas Processing unit and line heater, production equipment was shared with 34013207410000, 34013207430000. There are 6- 400 barrel purge tanks and a 50 barrel brine storage tank shared with 34013207430000, 34013207410000. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
