0945542221 | 2014-10-15 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Onsite with Inspector Andrew Corder. Tank battery consisted of 4 400 bbl tanks, all inside containment. Well has not been stimulated this date and no frac equipment onsite. No violations noted. |
0996118544 | 2018-05-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 0 pounds in between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 0 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing. The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017. |
1015421481 | 2014-10-15 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection the well was awaiting completion operations. The tank battery had been constructed and contained four 400 bbl oil storage tanks. Some production lines had been installed as well. No violations noted. |

1401866735 | 2014-06-04 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Sidewinder rig 64 is setting 13.375casing. Calfrac is cementing string in place. There is 261 of 17.5openhole cut below the 110 of 26conductor. They ran 361 of j55 13.375 casing with Buttress thread. There was a float shoe and float collar with 3 centrilizers ran at the 2nd, 3rd and 8th joint. Calfrac is running 459 sacks of class A cement and 3%CaCl. They ran .25lb per sack of celloflake. The yield is 1.21 and a weight of 15.6 lbs per gallon. The circulation was broke at 136 barrels of water ahead and there was a 25 barrel gel spacer. Good circulation was established. Mix water was tested at 6 PH and Chlorides were at 50 ppm. The temperature is at 73.6 Fahrenheit. |
1413916951 | 2014-06-02 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection Sidewinder # 121 was drilling ahead in the 9.625 section. No violations noted. |
