0037612068 | 2014-10-12 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I performed a status check on the above location Nomac 70 at present is at 7641. Location is clean Drilling Permits and Conditions are posted. This is a multi well pad |
1095677313 | 2014-08-28 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Tophole Drilling drilled a 26 hole to a depth of 120 and ran 120 of 20 90# welded conductor casing. Express Energy established circulation with fresh water and pumped 310 sacks of class A cement with 2% CaCl and .50 pps of Gel. Displaced with 39.07 barrels of fresh water. There was 14 barrels of cement returned to surface. |
1294481891 | 2017-11-16 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The pad is equipped with nine producing wells. The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface--lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
One low-pressure vertical separator Five line heaters Nine sand separators Nine gas processing units One combustor unit One heat treater Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence and the man doors were locked. Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. Preliminary restoration can be passed. |
