Also present for the well was a line heater, a GP unit and a sand trap. The well was equipped with a production tree with the valves in the open position. Gauges present read 240 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 500 pounds per square inch on the casing with annular pressure monitoring in place. The annulus between the 9.625 inch diameter casing and the 5.5 inch diameter casing was at 1235 pounds per square inch. I placed call to Chesapeake Regulatory Affairs Advisor Jody Jones and discussed annular pressures. Mr. Jones stated that he is having a meeting later this week with ODNR to discuss annular issues and that he would get back to me with their plan to address. Identification was present and production records were current.

The production equipment included 12-400bbl tanks within containment, 2-NGL tanks, a vapor recovery tower, 2 low pressure horizontal heated separators, a vertical volume pot, an oil stabilizer unit and a gas combustor all shared with the 1H, 2H, 3H, 5H, 8H, 9H and 10H Also present for the well was a GP unit and sand traps planned for installation are currently not on site. The well was equipped with a frac valve in the closed position and drill out is scheduled to begin the week ending 3/26/16.
1386020543 2013-12-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection, I witnessed the crew for Nomac Rig #70 washing in the 13.375 Surface casing to a depth of 549.31 then I witnessed O-Tex Pumping LLC rigging up there iron to the casing head and broke circulation with fresh water, then displaced 760 sacks of Premium H 2% with a slurry weight of 15.6 and a yield of 1.20, there was 280 total barrels of circulation with 28 barrels of cement returns to surface.
