0299872027 2016-07-26 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the closed position and annular pressure monitoring in place. The production equipment included a line heater, a sand trap, a GP unit and 2-400 barrel purge tanks. Eclipse personnel were on site shutting well in for 24 hours as an additional compressor is being installed at the Borton Central Gathering Facility.

The 13.375-inch diameter surface casing had 300 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate had 0 pounds per square inch, the 5.5-inch diameter production casing had 390 pounds per square inch, and the production tubing had 260 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of six sand traps, six gas production units, and two 400-barrel tanks. The identification was present at the wellhead.

Upon inspection of the Borton CGF I met with Luis Delatorre E2 Operations Tech, toured the facility and he stated that two wells were feeding into the site with an additional 4 coming online by the end of the week with offloading fluid for transportation beginning tomorrow.

2125558046 2016-08-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection of the Borton Central Gathering Facility (CFG) accompanied by ODNR Customer Service Assistant Jimmy Wiles, I witnessed the remediation of the affected area around the flare stack was completed and the facility was online. Repairs were completed yesterday at 22:00 with restart at that time. Inspection of the well pad found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. Gauges present read 630 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 700 pounds per square inch on the casing with annular pressure monitoring in place. The production equipment included a line heater, a sand trap, a GP unit and 2-400 barrel purge tanks. Fluids and gas are separated at the GP unit and then transferred to the Borton CGF for sales.
