0831448804 2005-03-24 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery is shared with permits 1134 and 1157 and consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 3-separators a dike and a fence.
1815269139 2007-12-27 Production Wells No Violations I performed a random field inspection. GPSd both the wellhead and the tank battery. ID signs were posted. The tank battery was in good shape. There were no violations at this time.
2034210239 2018-03-20 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1158. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. The well was located in an agricultural field with no direct ingress point. Unsecured fencing with correct identification was present around the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with well #2-1134 and 2-1157. An unlocked chain link fence enclosure with correct identification for all wells produced into the battery was present. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of three (3) vertical separators and one (1) steel production tank. The separator for well #2-1158 remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and lugged. The hatch lid was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
