0159287356 2018-11-20 Production Wells No Violations I performed a status check on the above location. The well head was contained within a locked chain-link fence enclosure that contained correct identification. The 8.625 well head was above grade and plumbed into the flow line. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the closed position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with 2-2255, 2-2730, and 2-2688. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. A locked chain-link fence with correct identification for all wells produced into the battery was present on the fence. Equipment within the dike consisted of four (4) horizontal separators and one (1) steel production tank. The separators remained in good repair. No leaks were observed. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
